Morning arrival and orientation
Meet your guide at 8:00 AM at the stupa's base. Learn about the stupa's symbolism: the dome represents water, the square base earth, the spire fire, the umbrella air, and the void above space. Remove shoes before walking on the raised platform. The scent of butter lamps and juniper incense fills the morning air.

Guided mindful kora practice
Walk the clockwise kora path with intentional awareness, spinning the 108 prayer wheels containing millions of mantras. Chant Om Mani Padme Hum with each step, focusing on breath and movement. Visit the Tamang Gompa and observe monks in their morning chanting session. The rhythmic sound of deep Tibetan chanting resonates through the hall.

Rooftop meditation and closing
Climb to a nearby rooftop cafe overlooking the stupa for a guided 20-minute seated meditation. Watch the interplay of light on the golden spire as prayer flags flutter in the wind. Enjoy traditional Tibetan butter tea and momos while your guide answers questions about Buddhist philosophy. Depart with a set of prayer flags to hang at a sacred site.
