Your trip, stage by stage

1. 1

   Day 1: Arrival & Orientation

   Arrive at Kopan Monastery, receive orientation on monastic discipline, and join the evening chanting ceremony with resident monks.

   Day 2–4: Lamrim Teachings & Meditation

   Attend daily teachings on the Stages of the Path (Lamrim), engage in guided analytical meditation sessions, and participate in group discussions on Buddhist philosophy.

   Day 5–6: Deepening Practice

   Begin partial silence from dinner to lunch, undertake Mahayana precepts, and practice prostrations, mindfulness, and loving-kindness meditation.

   Day 7: Integration & Departure

   Morning reflection session, receive practical guidance for continuing practice at home, and depart after lunch.
